Apartments for new families and young professionals  in Pasadena, California. The project organizes apartment spaces in two  volumes around a central sculptural stair.  This sculptural stair invites the two user groups to meet in integrated shared spaces for weekly play dates, communal barbeques, and intimate dinner parties.
